Is there a minimum contract term?

Resolve and Reclaim are placement-by-placement — no lock-in. Engage has a 12-month annual licence, but we offer a 90-day exit clause if the platform doesn't meet agreed KPIs.

How does the commission model work?

You pay a percentage of funds we actually recover and remit to your trust account. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. Commission rates depend on portfolio age, volume and complexity — we'll quote after reviewing a sample file.

What counts as 'usage' on the Engage plan?

Per-account fees apply when an account is actively enrolled in a contact journey. Per-communication fees cover SMS and letter sends. Email is included in the platform licence. We publish a rate card before you sign anything.

Can we start with Resolve and add Engage later?

Absolutely — many partners start with outsourced recovery to prove ROI, then bring early-stage collections in-house with Engage while we continue handling late-stage with Resolve or Reclaim.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Both commission rates (Resolve/Reclaim) and per-account usage fees (Engage) decrease at scale. Enterprise pricing is negotiated — we'll model it against your current cost-to-collect.

What's included in the free trial?

Resolve: a champion/challenger split on a real portfolio segment — no cost, no risk. Engage: a fully branded sandbox environment with sample data, usually ready within a week of a first call.
